Sisal is extracted from the Agave Sisalana plant from mexico, brazil or east Africa.  The leaves are dense with fine texture and crushed to get the pure white fibres known as sisal.  It is a hard but beautiful looking carpet.

Natural Carpets are where possible, left un-dyed or dyed with natural colours.  They are taken from sustainable natual sources which have a minimum impact on the environment if purchased from reputable sources.
