Iloveflooring.co.uk are happy to accept orders online via our secure server, by fax or by phone or cheque, bankers draft (payable to mt flooring). All products are of 1st grade quality and we have been supplying flooring to the retail and trade sector for more than 16 years. Please read the following information carefully. All items will be a standard match if not stated
We do not sell overage, past stock or second grade goods. Guaranteed.
We endevour, on receipt of an order, to deliver within 7 working days, on packaged items.This is not a guarantee. Solid woods, engineered woods, amtico and karndean have variable delivery lead times and you will be advised by email of a delivery lead. This lead time is an average of 10 Working days. Carpets are delivered in around 14 days. Please be aware that Premium Range Carpets can have a much longer leadtime and can be up to 4-6 weeks although this is not usual.
We accept all major credit/debit card via our secure online ordering system. including American Express at no extra charge. If you prefer you can telephone or fax your order. VAT is applicable on orders. All credit card details are fully encrypted at all times. Your information is not passed to a third person. We accept all major credit cards including American Express at no extra charge.
Bacs transfer take around 4 days to clear into our account - please note goods will not be ordered until monies have cleared.
Cheques take around 10-14 days to clear into our account - please note goods will not be ordered until monies have cleared. If you are in a rush, please pay by another method.
Delivery is free on orders over £350.00 plus vat to any mainland uk address. Please note there may be a surcharge for Ireland & Scotland and some special orders. Orders below the value of £350.00 plus vat are charged at a standard £9.00 plus vat per order. Deliveries are between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Iloveflooring.co.uk cannot be held responsible for carriers timings.You will be given an estimated date of delivery, no compensation will be given for late deliveries. All deliveries, due to insurance limitations, are to "kerb side" only, they may not be carried into your premises so please make sure you have adequate help. Carpet Deliveries can be bulky and difficult and you should ensure you have adequate help on the day. Please note large trucks may be used and you should ensure access is available. Please advise if there is any problem with lorry/van access to your property, ie, narrow lane/weight/width restrictions at time of order this will be noted but access to site still remains the customers responsibility. If the carrier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available or due to access problems, you will be charged another delivery charge; where free delivery was applicable you will also be charged the standard rate for re-delivery. If delivery cannot take place you have the option of self collection or alternative delivery local delivery address.
I f you receive damaged/incorrect/missing goods, please make sure you note this on the carriers paperwork OR REFUSE DELIVERY, YOU ARE ENTITLED NOT TO ACCEPT GOODS ON DELIVERY IF CLEARLY DAMAGED. All damages, i f visible, must be clearly marked on the paperwork, we cannot accept claims if this is not noted on paperwork and was clearly visibly damaged on delivery. If you return an item as "damaged" which is subsequently found not to be you will be liable for the return delivery charge where applicable. We make every effort to deliver our goods in an undamaged condition. Our goods leave us in a fit and suitable state for use as described.
Product warranties differ please read the product details carefully, this does not affect your statutory rights. All inspections are carried out by an independant source and incurr an 80.00 fee, which will be refunded if confirmed as a manufacturing fault.
An order can be cancelled within 7 days, but will incurr a 30% handling charge for re stocking and administration costs if goods have already been delivered we can add a delivery and a re-delivery charge this cost is variable and you will be supplied with proof if neccesary iloveflooring.co.uk will accept whole orders (not special orders) as returned only if they are in original packaging and condition they arrived within 7 days. After 7 days we can refuse to cancel an order. Special order goods, carpets or bespoke products cannot normally be cancelled.
You are responsible for any costs incurred for returns by your chosen carrier if you have cancelled an order. You must contact us prior to this and obtain a return/cancellation reference number, by email or calling us. If you fail to do this we reserve the right not to accept the return. We accept no responsibility for products once they are installed, where faulty installation and or poor workmanship is as fault. Please note you cannot send part orders back.
Claims for mis-matching or wear and tear damage cannot be made after fitting. We accept no responsibility for third party fitting problems.
There is no return/cancellation policy on special orders, these include carpets, vinyls or special cut products such as Amtico, that are non standard packed products or accessories once orders are placed. If you are telephoning an order the sales assistants will read back your order to you please make sure this is correct.
iloveflooring.co.uk reserve the right to refuse sale of products mis-priced or mis-described, but we make every effort for this to be correct at all times. However some human error may occur and if this does we will do our best to resolve the problem and refund your money as soon as we can. This can however take up to 28 days. We are unable to guarantee colour or pattern matching and suggest you view a product in person prior to ordering. Contact us for samples. Our site is fully secure and customer information is strictly confidential, we will never pass any details on to a third party. Emails containing attachments will sometimes be refused if they are suspected of containing a virus, you will be contacted in this instance. Emails without attachments are usually accepted without problems.
All pictures are for guidance only we cannot be held responsible for shade/colour matching to existing flooring.
Please note we cannot guarantee a match to existing flooring Carpet from different size widths may not match exactly.
